Rooted in Glengarry County since 1975, Glengarry Traditions began as a family poultry farm and grew into Aliments Desautels Foods Inc. — a federally inspected meat processing facility (CFIA Establishment Number 554) with HACCP accreditation since 2005.

We honour the animal by using every part and uphold rigorous safety through dedicated processing areas, full traceability, and strict federal oversight.
